Dispatch times
Orders are picked in the sequence they are received. Anything placed before 2:00 PM MST on a business day is picked the same day, and standard dispatch runs 1–3 business days from our Sheridan, Wyoming warehouse.
- Stock levels shown on the site reflect physical stock on the rack.
- Short-picked lines are removed from the invoice rather than substituted.
- You are notified by email before an order ships if anything changes.
Freight charges
Standard freight is a flat $14.50 per shipment and is waived on orders over $250.00 before tax. Express freight is $29.00 and must be requested before 11:00 AM MST.
Pallet and LTL shipments
Orders over twelve cases are consolidated onto pallets and booked as LTL freight. We arrange the carrier, send the bill of lading, and confirm a delivery window by email for any site with dock restrictions.
- Liftgate service available at cost.
- Inside delivery available at cost where the carrier supports it.
- Residential delivery is not available for pallet shipments.
